Why Eldereese exists
Eldereese was formed by Daniel and Gloria Elder as the parent structure for the work, brands, intellectual property, archives, and related assets they intend to preserve and manage over time.
The company is intentionally quieter than the public-facing brands it supports. Its primary purpose is continuity: keeping ownership, brand stewardship, legacy planning, and selected family business interests in a stable, family-controlled structure while allowing each public property to maintain a clear identity and purpose.
Eldereese is the umbrella. The brands do the public-facing work.
A family enterprise
Daniel and Gloria Elder
Eldereese reflects the shared interests and long-term planning of Daniel and Gloria Elder. Many of its research, publishing, and historical properties are associated with Daniel's work as a researcher, author, and curator, while the company itself exists to support both of their interests and provide continuity for the future.
Gloria Elder
Gloria helps steward the family enterprise and maintains her own entrepreneurial activity under Eldereese. She operates EldeResale, a DBA of Eldereese LLC engaged in the acquisition and resale of returned, mis-shipped, excess, and other merchandise through established online marketplaces and auction platforms.
Her role reinforces the broader purpose of Eldereese: a flexible family structure capable of supporting current interests, future projects, intellectual property, and long-term legacy planning without requiring every activity to become a separate company.
A new phase
Built for what comes next.
The portfolio is being reshaped around Daniel Elder's post-acquisition and semi-retirement priorities. Earlier operating businesses have been sold or retired, allowing more attention to shift toward military history research, writing, publishing, historical preservation, personal legacy, travel, and family.
Designed to evolve
Eldereese is intended to remain useful as those priorities change. It does not require every future interest to become a business, and it does not require every brand to remain equally active.
The structure provides a stable home while preserving the freedom to expand, simplify, create, retire, or redirect individual projects as circumstances and interests change.
